Register with PULCO STUIOS to view, track and manage your orders – and set up a return or exchange. You can also store your payment details on our secure server; it makes checking out even faster and simpler.

Secure payments

Your payments are encrypted using secure technology. We don’t see or keep your card details. We use Stripe to collect and process transaction information, click to view the Stripe security policy.

Privacy policy

All personal information you submit to PULCO is governed by the UK Data Protection Act (2003) and the EU GDPR (2018).

Intellectual  Property Rights

Usage of the PULCO website grants you no rights to any copyright or intellectual property rights relating to the content or inventory of the site. All copyright is protected under national and international law. Any site content can only be reproduced or distributed with express permission from Acapulco Studios Limited.

Promotional codes

If you have a promotional code, enter it on your shopping basket page; we’ll automatically apply the discount. You can’t use them on an exchange. Promotional codes are often excluded on Bundle Items. When multiple promotions are running, promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with one another. 

Errors and omissions

We all make mistakes. If there’s an error or omission on the website, we reserve the right to refund your order before we send it out.

We’ve taken every care to make sure that the descriptions and specifications of Pulco products are correct. The colours shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.

Order confirmation

We’ll email you to confirm that we’ve received your order. Please do check your ‘junk folder If you have a problem paying online, or you’re not sure if your payment was successful, email info@pulcostudios.com

Prices

All our prices are in pounds sterling. If you live outside the UK, you may need to pay local import duties and fees when you receive your order.

Out of stock products and pre-orders

We don’t take pre-orders or orders for out of stock products.

It’s not game-over though. Be the first to know when a product is in stock: hit the ‘sign up’ button on the home page. We’ll email you as soon as it’s landed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. If that happens, we’ll let you know and reimburse you for the full cost of the order – but we won’t pay any compensation.

Amending or cancelling an order

Although we can’t always amend your order once you’ve placed it, returns are free. Simply return any unwanted items for an exchange or refund.
