Varlion Padel Rackets

In 2018 one of the most important innovations in Padel rackets was invented by Varlion. A racket called SUMMUM was made in two different versions; a racket to play with temperatures below 25ºC and another to play in temperatures above 25ºC. very important as the game was spreading rapidly through warm climates.

30 years ago, Varlion was the first company to truly innovate in Padel and still today it has the reputation of being the most technically advanced and historic Padel racket company.

Varlion was born in 1993, in Argentina. One year after its inception, they opened their own factory in Buenos Aires, in order to be able to develop their own design and production know-how.

In 1994 Varlion was the first manufacturer to develop a larger racket with a width of 26cm; which was named the LETHAL WEAPON. It became the number one selling racket across South America and Spain and a legend was born.

Between 1999 and 2001 the Padel market boomed in Spain and the company opened a second factory in Madrid. In this period the first carbon racket was created. Another first for Varlion.
